Scheduled a move with them months in advance then scheduled a time a week in advance. 15 minutes after our scheduled move in time I call and ask where he’s at. He said he tried to call me and Text me and I never answered (why he didn’t try to email me the world will never know) Asked for screenshots of that which I never received. They ended up 5 hours & 15 minutes late and said they’d pay for the U-Haul ext. which they haven’t. I wouldn’t book them if I were you. I asked why he wouldn’t be available at our move in time and he said ‘things have changed’ no apology no nothing.

This move turned into a disaster. He loaded the truck very unprofessional and ended up scratching multiple items . There was no restitution or closure and actually hung up on us during a phone conversation. He has not made any attempts to fix or correct all of the issues he caused. We have two table, a bed, a picture dresser. I would not recommend them for any job!
