Movers were on time, but were unwilling to get my box spring in the elevator (I had to get my building super to help me, and it fit easily with the correct angle, rather than trying to brute-force it in). Only seemed interested in loading the smaller items that I said were less of a priority rather than getting larger stuff into the truck. There were no stairs, but it took them longer to load than I had in a move a year prior where the truck was further away and there were stairs.
