This was my first time hiring a professional moving service, and the owner and the two movers I met were all incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were even kind and resilient enough to be flexible with my timing when I was running nearly two hours late due to vehicle mechanical issues (and they stuck it out in the middle of this heat wave, too). Still, I was met with nothing but friendliness and hard work -- and an affordable price -- from Couch Potatoes from beginning to end of the process. I would absolutely recommend Couch Potatoes, with enthusiasm, to anyone moving to or within the Chicago area, and will be keeping them in mind for my own future moves as well.

They saved the day!! Scott was a great planner, communicator, and overall helper which cut the moving time in half. Luke, Ihor & Denys were organized, quick, and strategic so they could fit all of our crap on the truck with room to spare. Super kind and understanding guys. Everything is in great shape even glass shelves & plant. Happy with our move!
