Horrible company. Save your money & go elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional! Booked them for two jobs (2 hours each) of loading in Burr Ridge & Unloading in Darien. Showed up 15 minutes late. Were extremely slow. Didn't bring any tools for basic furniture disassembly. At 1 hour 45 minutes, I receive a call to release payment code with the assurance that they will complete the job. An hour later, I receive another call to provide second unloading code so that the extra hour can be deducted from the second unloading job at 2 pm. They promised they will show up at 2 pm for unloading and I will pay extra if they stay longer than an hour. I kept on texting and calling at 2 pm but no one showed up. I called their manager at 230 pm and she said she sent movers home and their time was up. I need to book a new job but no one can help me before next day. These guys left my move incomplete with a stranded truck in driveway. Never give them codes no matter what they say. Liars and scammers!

The movers should be more active and fast when loading. They arrived late. They made me do most of the work. It’s like they were just giving helping hands rather than doing the job professionally. I felt so disappointed. They kept me waiting while they stood me up for like 30 minutes without even telling me what kept them from arriving earlier at the offloading address. They tried but they could do better.

The guys that came were very personable but they definitely did not know how to maximize packing space. Eg they put the bedroom furniture minus all drawers which meant the drawers took extra space. Now I have to come back & rent another truck. Not the experience I was expecting.
