The movers were fast and only used 1 of 2 hours. However, I wish they handled my items with more care and were gentler with it all. A few times I had to point out that a box was labeled fragile and I also saw them kicking my stuff (not hard but I wouldn’t expect to see that). There was also a language barrier which made it difficult to communicate with them.

I really appreciated the responsiveness and ability to accommodate our last minute request. However, the movers weren’t as careful with some of the items as I would have hoped or thought (eg banging into corners, doors, etc). Overall good though. Asked for tip in cash.
