Pack & Stack

Movers were an hour late and we were working with a tight timeline. Many belongings, including brand new furniture, ended up scuffed even though furniture blankets were provided. Movers were hired with the intention to move the heavy stuff we couldn’t and the majority of the furniture was left behind after the 2 hours. Boxes were placed upside down and thrown around. Not happy with the professionalism shown and the skill of the movers.

Tommy was early, professional, very polite, listened my specifications, and expertly packed the U-Box. I wasn't sure if everything would fit, but he made it happen. I requested him to leave space to add about 8 more boxes, and he did just that! He was very communicative leading up to the day before he arrived. The job was for 9am and Tommy arrived at 830am. He was so efficient and able to complete it ALL by 910am. This is the best service and I couldn't be more appreciative.
