The communication from Gerry was great. Unfortunately, the movers were extremely slow and not cautious. Several items were broken and damaged. Our other movers in Indiana were amazing and even got the job done early, but not these guys in Chicago. We had to do a lot of it ourselves. I do appreciate the heavy items they moved, but you could see footprints all over the bent up metal desk for example. My other wood desk has a dent in the top and it is heavy piece of wood. We had a monitor screen where the base was completely ripped off; it can't be used now. We had a Marshall amp with the letters ripped off. They stepped all over my light-colored couch. I'm hoping it can be cleaned. It just goes on and on. They are nice young men, but they just aren't good at their job. I thought since they were so slow at least they were taking extra care with our items, but that was not the case.

Great service! My movers got all my stuff into my place within two hours and even brought a piece of furniture back down that I no longer wanted because it would not fit!

The slash between load (slash) unload does not mean both - it means one or the other! however, last minute i was able to get both and the team was able to load & unload within two hours. very careful with my fragile pieces! they were great!
