Came on time. Super friendly guys. Worked nonstop and worked very hard and professionally. Not one complaint. Went above and beyond to move everything and more. They were very cognizant of all the fragile things. Handled everything with care. They were perfect. I would definitely recommend them and hire them for every move. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I cannot say enough good things about the crew that helped me move today! It was one of those super hot days that Chicago has been having, and they were so efficient and personable; Jose especially was awesome! I was worried that the truck might not be big enough but they assured me that they could make it work and they were great. Highly, highly recommend these guys and will absolutely be using them again!

I genuinely cannot express how wonderful Z&J were to work with! Mio was extremely communicative from the start. He called my local Uhaul location the day before to confirm that they'd put my two Uboxes on one double trailer instead of each box being on its own single trailer. Sure enough, the local Uhaul guys got it wrong & then said they couldn't fix it for 3-4 hrs. Despite having driven an hour there for nothing (I am determined to make sure Uhaul compensates him for this wasted time), Mio worked with me to reschedule for 48hrs later. When his team arrived they were the nicest, most helpful guys imaginable -- efficient, but extremely careful with my belongings. They repeatedly went above & beyond getting all my stuff up the stairs to my 2nd floor walk-up. When a key broke off in my lock that was on one of my Uboxes, they even helped me break the lock so that I wouldn't be charged for it! I am SO glad I went with this team over others. Thanks again Mio, Jose & Raul! You guys rock!
