They scratched the wood floor and refused to tell us how to resolve it with the Company. It was a very long scratch

Late service by almost 2.5 hrs. Cheap but expect to have delays.

Movers were so helpful and kind!! I will definitely be using them and recommending them to anyone who needs to move in the future. So professional, communicative, and helpful! Worked so quick too!

Please do not book these movers. They worked slow, were personally aggressive towards me, damaged every piece of furniture they touched, and I ended up personally moving more than the two movers I hired combined

DO NOT BOOK THESE MOVERS! Check their yelp page, they don’t have insurance and manager Pam is extremely unprofessional. At the end of service my phone died, I was unable to approve final hour, it was communicated with movers I would pay upon returning truck and charging my phone they assured me this was fine.As soon I charged my phone I got texts messages threatening to send me to jail for wage theft. I promptly reached out, explained what I told to movers and paid the final hour. I asked for insurance information due to many items being broken-damaged in the move. I was assured the company had insurance and a claim would be filed. After 4 days of continuous reaching out I was told my claim had been ‘denied’ due to leaving site before final hour was approved and stating this compensated any damages. When asked for proof of claim being filed, any paperwork of insurance none could be provided and manager became combative again. I incurred approx. $500+ worth of damages. U-Haul was no help
