I would just like to say that Heavy Hitters did a phenomenal job. From the start, Arianna advised me on what to expect and how to proceed. She explained which moving supplies we should have on hand for a cross country move and the crew’s expertise based on what my needs were. She was very professional and extremely courteous so much so that I immediately felt at ease. I actually had to change my scheduled time at the last minute and Arianna and crew facilitated my request. When the crew arrived, they were went right to work. They were very respectful and very communicative. My job turned out to be larger than expected so they sent additional help - no questions asked - no attitudes - pure professionalism all the way. The Heavy Hitters will be my go to movers and I will forever recommend their services to anyone and everyone. They went above and beyond without being asked. They treated me like family. They were the best part of my move.

I would recommend this team to anyone moving in Chicago. They swooped in and saved the day when my other movers cancelled last minute. Despite being their 5th move of the day they were efficient, carefully and so incredibly kind. Special shoutout to Maurice, Monty and Dimitri who had me moved from one place to the next in under two hours and truly felt like angels on earth in a chaotic day of moving and unexpected events. Truly cannot say enough great things!! Will absolutely be using them again for any and all future moves.
