In terms of communication, no one ever called me to discuss the move or timing even though the confirmation email said to expect a call, so I called them the day before. They were on time and overall friendly. The two movers did a fantastic job packing the first u-box and even helped disassemble my bed frame. However, after returning with the second u-box, they had an argument that made me uncomfortable, with raised voices and slamming down equipment. My second u-box was packed messily (assuming due to their argument) and I'm concerned that those items will not arrive intact.
