The movers ripped my daughters king sized mattress. They were due to go one hour over and asked my wife (who was there supervising the move) to give them cash or money through Cash App for the extra time. We are disgusted and filing a claim for the mattress. They DID show up, and DID move my daughter, so 2 stars for that. The movers also text me at 9 20 pm demanding the transaction code and if I did not give it to them at that time, they were going to add an additional fee. Awful and SUPER unprofessional.

The guys who helped us move were both very kind, genuine and amazing at organizing the boxes and furniture in the truck to use all of the space efficiently! We are grateful for all of their hard work and help! Very professional, conscientious, & courteous. Highly recommend!!

I over estimated both truck size and mover time, but it just goes to show how efficient the guys were. They packed everything in the truck well, got more than done than I expected, and when I mentioned my floors in my new place were recently re-done they were extra careful when bringing items in. I'm normally wildly stressed during my moves, but this was one of the least stressed moves I've had in awhile.
