We were disappointed in the work from Ninja Moving. We've worked with several other moving companies before who have been incredibly efficient and highly skilled at loading a truck to optimize space. The Ninja movers were much slower than we were accustomed to and were able to load less than half the house in the allotted time. Also, the truck was loaded inefficiently with a lot of unused space. We had to hire a 2nd set of movers to help finish loading everything. This 2nd set of movers rearranged the truck, which went from about 50 percent full to about 20 percent full. If that had not happened, we would have needed to figure out a 2nd truck or abandon a lot of our stuff in St. Louis.

The helpers were fast and had a pretty good idea of what they were doing. Was a little nervous up until the guys arrived due to a lack of communication until 36-48 hours prior, but the helpers were on time and mostly prepared. The truck was loaded in no time, would use them again.
