I made sure that the movers knew in advance I was moving a piano. I got a call the night before they were coming to tell me that will cost me $350 extra. I understand that that can cost extra, but I felt like I had no options at that point but to say yes. They could have told me before. 4 guys came. One was on his phone quite a bit and one had never moved before and basically never carried more than one box at a time and looked and acted confused. Third guy was shaking so hard I was worried about his health. I had helpers in the house, but not the basement. They piled 50 boxes up in the basement and it was impossible to get to any of them, even though they left most of the basement empty. They took a sizeable chunk out of my front door and didn't tell me. At my first home, I had 3 people packing and it took them 4 hours. 4 people unpacking - which is much easier - also took 4 hours. These guys were nice, but it felt like I hired the kids next door rather than professional movers.

The guys showed up on time. They were great and efficient while still moving items with care. Also did a really good job fitting all of my stuff in the truck. Would use them again!

The guys arrived early and began to work immediately. They loaded the truck very well and took destroy any of the furniture. I will definitely be using them again.

The young men arrived promptly and talked with me about any issues that may have developed since our last communication. They had everything needed to protect and navigate my belongings. Being a senior, I am cautious around strangers, but my fears were quickly calmed by the boys' smiles and friendly attitudes. Keaten and Kirby loaded things quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and polite and very adept in how to properly load thigs for maximum usage of the truck. They unloaded everything into my house and placed things where I asked them to. I would recommend Ninja Moving to anyone needing experienced team for moving. Thanks again, Keaten and Kirby, great job!

We were disappointed in the work from Ninja Moving. We've worked with several other moving companies before who have been incredibly efficient and highly skilled at loading a truck to optimize space. The Ninja movers were much slower than we were accustomed to and were able to load less than half the house in the allotted time. Also, the truck was loaded inefficiently with a lot of unused space. We had to hire a 2nd set of movers to help finish loading everything. This 2nd set of movers rearranged the truck, which went from about 50 percent full to about 20 percent full. If that had not happened, we would have needed to figure out a 2nd truck or abandon a lot of our stuff in St. Louis.
