The guys that came were very friendly and worked very hard. However, we wanted them for putting all the heavy things on the truck. We had friends & family to help with the boxes. Instead they packed all the boxes and every time we mentioned we wanted to get the furniture on the truck they kept saying they would put it all last. Well, a bunch of stuff didn’t fit. We have to come back 600 miles and rent another truck to get the rest of everything! That’s really frustrating. I would much rather have had to have a friend store some rubber-maids than move to another state and not have my dining room table, dining chairs, patio furniture or any of the cushions for our 2 sectionals, to name a few.

I had to call to confirm move - the person I spoke to on the phone in the office was very nice - the kids who showed up were polite but did not listen to how I told them to load. Most things were scratched, and several things broken, They just shoved tings in and had no idea how to utilize the space - they did not listen to me. One was cranky at the end and still had 30 mins on the clock. First time I did not tip and I move very year due to my profession.
