My only concern is that I explained in advance that a drill or other tools would be needed for my refrigerator and the crew was not equipped with any tools. It was a big job for a two-man crew and they handled it very well!!

I was disappointed in the way this young crew handled things. I felt it necessary to suggest changes to the process. In their defense I rented a cargo van which made the move more difficult in their efforts to fit things in. I had pointed out one piece of furniture to be careful protecting and didn’t feel it was honored. Another piece of furniture was chipped in the move. One person seemed experienced and the other not at all. They were friendly and took direction. They also waited to offload another chair that was picked up after the unload. All within the two hours.

Omg!!!!!!!!! James and Brett are the BEST!!!! They both were gentle with my things and they broke down my bed, kitchen table and couches and installed my bed, kitchen table and couches back and better than before. Also, they are fasted movers! They both are VERY professional and they both have an AWESOME sense of humor! I had a lot of stuff heavy stuff and they put everything where I wanted and went over and beyond to put all my heavy items in storage! I forgot to mention my TV broke because of ME and James fixed it for me! I also ordered a 26 foot moving and couldn't Parallel that truck at all and James Parallel park the truck for me! I mean these guys are the best! They get five stars from me and I'm recommending these two!!! Thank you James and Brett!!!!!
