TV These young men were EXTREMELY SLOW. I felt like they were milking the time to get more pay. Two dressers, Two chest, Two night stands and two set of mattress and a couple other pieces and it took them 5 hours. I had to go out to the truck and have them rearrange so the furniture would fit In a 20 foot truck. Then the manager told me I had to pay an EXTRA $285.00 which I do not, did not have.. I had two other men moving all the boxes and other items. And one of my friends ( non paid) said, these guys are not moving fast enough. I do not suggest they move furniture. Maybe they should stick with moving boxes. I’ve used UHaul and the Moving Help a number of times for something and I’ve NEVER experienced this.

It took 2 more hours than expected (4 hours to load a 6 x 12 trailer). Movers at my destination unloaded up three flights of stairs at 1.5 hours. Very poor communication. No damage, good packing. Too slow.

Movers were unprofessional and I was overcharged. I sent them home after 30 minutes of work. They are also not responding to my complaint regarding their professionalism. It has been over a week.

The movers were scheduled at 1pm. They arrived just after 9pm to start the load process. We called many times for updates and each time we were given a new time; they didn't show. We had to load the first trip ourselves. The delays lead to paying to extend the truck rental to overnight and taking an additional day off work. When the movers finally made, they wanted us to know they were doing us a favor and asked multiple times about gratuity. They were not in any time of uniform, they didn't bring equipment, and they disappeared mid move for about 20 mins, leaving us to again move furniture on our own. Only one item was broken during the move. They also moved a file cabinet (which he told us they shouldn't it would typically cost an additional $100 to do so) but helped us and reminded us about gratuity, which was requested via CASHAPP not here where I now see is an option. The owner offered a $50 refund. This hardly compensates for the lose of time and wages. (Or gratuity)
