GREAT experience working with Packed! They were able to accommodate my out-of-state packing needs with less than one week’s notice, arrived with all the materials needed, and charged me less than any other competitor I’d spoken with even with an extra hour on the move. Smooth experience.

Led by Kendrick, the three-man team worked quickly and carefully to unload a packed-to-the-gills 15’ truck. They cheerfully moved goods within the home as we decided that a sofa or chest fit better elsewhere. They also folded dozens of packing blankets. I’d definitely hire them again.

Packed! Moving Solutions did a wonderful job with our move. Before the move, they called ahead of time to determine what materials would be needed and how they could best be prepared. They confirmed beforehand so I felt comfortable with the plan for meetings up and executing the move. On the day of the move, they had multiple other jobs that ended up holding up the crew assigned to my move. The owner informed me that they were going to be late but he was working on a solution. In order to make my move happen on schedule, he pivoted, found a crew of 3 movers instead of two, and got them to my apartment quickly. Once they got there, they were all extremely hard working and did an amazing job! They were personable, they helped protect our belongings, and packed the moving truck with skill so that things didn't shift or get damaged. The communication, problem solving, and hard work of this company are all reasons I would recommend them to anyone moving in the Chicago area!
