Bello and Joshua did a great job. The communication was good and the loading and care they took to get everything out of an old farm house with lots of stairs was just super human! There were some issues that came up that threw off our entire move though. We had one person moving the entire house pretty much for the majority of the day. With the amount of furniture and weight of the pieces (which I did inform Joshua about prior to the job), we really needed to have three or four guys for the entire move time. Having only really one guy all day made the move out take from eleven thirty am to five thirty pm. This caused our move to cost us more due to having to keep the truck an extra day and needing to change the time for the other crew that was unloading for us at the other house an hour away. Coordination and appropriate man power would have made things go smoother and safer for Bello who did the majority of the house on his own.

They were awesome. They were running behind the morning of our move but kept us up to date on their estimated arrival and didn’t leave us in the dark. They fit everything into our truck (which we were concerned about) and took the time to make a place for everything while still being gentle with our items. They even stayed slightly past the time we booked them for and gave us ratchet straps to accommodate them being slightly behind schedule. Everything made it safely to our move two states away- it was truly an amazing game of Tetris and we are so thankful for their time and work.

Advent Premier Moving called me the day after I scheduled for them to help me move to confirm the date and time I wanted them to come, which I appreciated. I had to change the date and time a few days later and they were flexible, which I also appreciated. However, we decided that they would come at 8 AM to deliver my stuff. They did not originally reach out to me that morning. I texted them around 730 AM to confirm and they told me that they were figuring out their timing for that day. About an hour later, they texted me saying that they would be at my condo at 930 AM. They still weren't there by 1020 AM so I texted them again and they finally got there by 11 AM. I didn't appreciate that they were late but they were very professional when they got there and moved my items very quickly and carefully. Overall, communication could've been improved but I would hire them again because they did a great job unloading all of my stuff.
