They were amazing to work with when it came to the actual move! As far as communication prior to the move I didn't ever hear from them after booking them through the Uhaul App. I called the contact number and email and they got back to me when I called within the day and confirmed things on the phone. If you need anything from them then I'd suggest calling the number associated. I'd give them a 4 out of 5 stars just for the lack of reach out's prior to the move, but they always returned my calls and gave me the info I needed so I'd still highly recommend them! They did my entire 1 bedroom so quickly and we're very efficient

Ola & his Co-worker (Name ??) were very helpful in loading & unloading my apartment ! They arrived a little later than scheduled (15 min.) but had proactively alerted me to this when I called to confirm the appointment earlier that morning . Once on-site they immediately began loading things on the truck, & packed it completely full for first load ! Upon Unloading I needed to return to the Loading location to finish boxing items. Ola & company were quick to unload the truck quickly & he did call me when they were finished unloading the truck. Only issues that could have been improved upon were there were some small dings & dents to some of the wooden dressers & dinning table, & Otherwise ! was very happy with their Load & Unload service. Showed up a few minutes late but completed the job early. Were kind and respectful both with us and with our things. Highly recommend. Only nuance was the sofa was heavier than expected, so the extra fee was quite high. If you don't have any heavy items, that won't impact your experience. Overall they did a great job.

I hired 2 movers to help unload a 26’ foot truck and they were great! They worked through the rain and finished in about 1.5 hours. They were kind and courteous, and they moved all of my items with respect.
