Movers were quick to load the uhaul. Movers communicated that they would be running late, but did arrive after our discussed scheduled start time. We offered prepaid furniture wrap for movers to use and they did not. Upon unpacking, many items were dented, scraped, broken, and screws and materials missing. This was disappointing, as it could have been avoided with use of furniture wrap. Upon unpacking, there additionally was a water bottle with cigarette buds left behind from movers in the uhaul.

Left a review praising this company for completing my move however, please inquire into their refund policies for unused time. I tipped the movers in cash and still had three hours left over on my move. I inquired into my refund from CJ who ended up blocking me and then hung up on me when I called from a different number asking about my refund of $210. So yeah, they did the move but terrible afterwards when it comes to money they’re not entitled to.

Quick, efficient, personable and professional. Was able to complete my move in 4 hours from the city to the south suburbs, which was way ahead of the time I expected. Definitely recommend C&D Movers for moving whether local or to another city. Will definitely use them again in the future.
