The unload in general was very inefficient and the movers required a great deal of help from myself and my family to facilitate the unload. Multiple items were damaged in the process of unloading into the elevator. The 2 movers did not seem to work well together and were arguing.

Pro Movers were an excellent choice for our move. We had a very large move and all 3 guys worked extremely hard. (Even called extra guys in to help for an hour due to the size of our move.)They were very efficient and made every effort to get everything moved to our new place including staying longer to get the job done. Their attitude was amazing and they were so much fun. Wonderful personalities and hard working, which was great to keep everyone motivated on a hot day! I can not say enough wonderful things about them and would highly recommend them and use them in the future.
