Gerry and his team at All Pro Movers were simply outstanding. Gerry reached out shortly after I booked the service to align on the work to be completed and any special requests. The team of 4 worked efficiently and with care to ensure everything was loaded properly. Additionally, while we thought we had all of the supplies we need, we came up a few moving blankets, some tape, and tie-down straps short. Gerry stepped up and provided his own supplies in order to save us a trip to the store, saving us time and money. When hiring a team to load the truck, you want to make sure they know how to load and block the cargo to ensure everything makes it to the destination in one piece and I can assure you, this team knows what they are doing. Such a pleasure working with Jerry, Angel, Mauricio and Brandon. Best thing was the communication. Jerry was in touch with me regularly to let me know the status; I didn't have to call him because he called me. The entire team was concerned with taking care of my things. I had a few antiques and other special items in my load, and they gave those items extra attention through out. There were glitches with the Uhaul process while picking up my Uboxes. Jerry and Angel navigated these smoothly and professionally and were able to come up with a solution. They then worked late to make sure that my needs were met - mainly to get out of my storage unit that day. I highly recommend All Pros! I have moved ALOT and this is the most reliable team I have worked with to date.
