Great company, seems organized and communicative. I'd recommend Shannon keep the communication excellent since that's the one thing that most consumers are looking for during these types of services. I'd also recommend you apply pressure on Moving Help to smoothen out the integration with Uhaul systems - still seems not as smooth as it could be. But that's a tech issue, not an issue with AAA. Great job, AAA.

There were some issues and the men arrived late however the office did a good job keeping us informed. The men were polite, and worked quickly, however did not do a great job at being gentle with our things or walls. They also struggled a bit figuring out the most efficient way to pack the truck.

All 3 of the guys that showed up were professional and efficient. They took great care of our items and were careful not to damage any walls in the home. I would recommend them to anyone. The office communicated the proper amount before, and the day of the move. These guys are fantastic!

2 pm appointment turned into 6pm...was promised an extra guy didn't show ...2 young guys had know clue what they were doing ! No tools ..came from a job totally exhausted...dropped stuff wouldn't use the 3 dollies I had ...they were in such a hurry to load the truck they DIDN'T USE ALL THE MOVING PADS ...Wouldn't listen to advice and then we have all kinds of damage to washer and dryer..a head board was loaded and strapped next to tool boxes that ripped the headboard..took cabinet stands and flipped them upside down stuff inside was damage hundreds of dollars in make up and medical supplies had to be thrown away..It was A COMPLETE SHIT SHOW ! And now I was promised a credit for being 4 hrs late and I haven't received the credit and nowi had to turn it into Repwest Insurance I purchased...NIGHTMARE! DONT USE THEM IN BELOIT WISCONSIN
