There was 1 piece of furniture that was loaded upside down and then items loaded on top of it, but the construction of this piece should have been clear that it should not be hauled upside down and it completely fell apart. I also feel like the movers pushed themselves too much even though they kept saying they were fine, and they got sloppy in the extra hour that I paid for, and we actually ended up unloading everything they did in the last hour and reloaded it in order to gain maximum space in the truck, which was the priority. They even tried to haul a very heavy fire table onto the truck without clearing g space for it and almost dropped the item and spilled the glass rocks that were inside it.

Towards the end of the loading they got a bit messy and just started stacking items in on top of things. Like the bike was on the couch and the tv was leaned against that. SMH

When compared to other moving team, this team could’ve done better job with working quickly. Was slow in moving despite two people did the job and had to extend an hour. Despite extending an hour and had dedicated elevator, there were some items left and I had to move it with help of my friend.
