This company tried to get me to pay them more money through an outside app for my delivery and was not communicative. When they were told that they could not charge additional fees they made no attempt to make amends and instead doubled down on how they should be able to charge additional money. Also several of my items were damaged at some point in the process including but not limited to my television and dresser.

Kelly was excellent. He was extremely prompt in his responses and understood complicated directions well and was able to work around U-Haul not putting the boxes on a double trailer. Would hire again!
