What a fantastic move partner! It was more like friends were moving me (without the complaints, lol). Everything went smoothly, nothing broken. They provided great guidance on packing and preparing. I'll be using this company for all types of moves. Highly recommended.

My only concern is that I explained in advance that a drill or other tools would be needed for my refrigerator and the crew was not equipped with any tools. It was a big job for a two-man crew and they handled it very well!!

I was disappointed in the way this young crew handled things. I felt it necessary to suggest changes to the process. In their defense I rented a cargo van which made the move more difficult in their efforts to fit things in. I had pointed out one piece of furniture to be careful protecting and didn’t feel it was honored. Another piece of furniture was chipped in the move. One person seemed experienced and the other not at all. They were friendly and took direction. They also waited to offload another chair that was picked up after the unload. All within the two hours.
