This is the second time we've used Johnson's, because they did a great job with our move into our house 5 years ago. Once again I was blown away by their efficiency, cheerful attitudes, and willingness to go out of their way to help. Crew chief James helped me figure out how to disassemble and pack some difficult items, and when I realized I was going to be late to pick up my kids he even drove me back to my old house in his personal car so that I could pick up the van and get them while the crew kept unloading the truck. Really exceptional service, 11 out of 10 would recommend.

Help communicated effectively and arrived on time, if not early to appointment. Wore safety vests and were polite. Completed requested unloading of our 15’ truck in almost half the time we scheduled. Movers were tipped for their services in cash after the job was done.

CJ and Joe did a great job and were careful unpacking 2 storage units onto carts and they took the same care loading the PODS container. They were on time and communicative before and during the job. They asked questions about items they weren't sure about, to make sure nothing is damaged during the process.
