Flash and Steve were absolutely incredible helping us load our POD. They were fast, friendly, and impressively strong! They handled everything with care and efficiency, making a potentially stressful day feel smooth and easy. Their professionalism and positive energy really stood out, and we were so impressed that we immediately rebooked the same team to help us unload after our move. Highly recommend!

The guys were great and moved quick. They were late but stayed the 3 hours after their arrival. They did talk about their time in prison which was unsettling as they are handling our valuables and belongings. Should be disclosed when contracting people to work in customers homes. But none the less they maintained focus on moving and had no problems outside of a piece floor stripping was cracked while pushing an item across the floor.

TV These young men were EXTREMELY SLOW. I felt like they were milking the time to get more pay. Two dressers, Two chest, Two night stands and two set of mattress and a couple other pieces and it took them 5 hours. I had to go out to the truck and have them rearrange so the furniture would fit In a 20 foot truck. Then the manager told me I had to pay an EXTRA $285.00 which I do not, did not have.. I had two other men moving all the boxes and other items. And one of my friends ( non paid) said, these guys are not moving fast enough. I do not suggest they move furniture. Maybe they should stick with moving boxes. I’ve used UHaul and the Moving Help a number of times for something and I’ve NEVER experienced this.

It took 2 more hours than expected (4 hours to load a 6 x 12 trailer). Movers at my destination unloaded up three flights of stairs at 1.5 hours. Very poor communication. No damage, good packing. Too slow.

Movers were unprofessional and I was overcharged. I sent them home after 30 minutes of work. They are also not responding to my complaint regarding their professionalism. It has been over a week.
