Scott's overall experience was 10 out of 10 couldn't ask for more. Clear communication weeks before the big day, consultative to say the least. Jose and Joseph the father son duo NAILED IT. Arrived early to scope out, finished right on time. All items in the house safe and sound. They were careful, efficient and friendly. If you need to move, use Couch Potatoes. TheBest

I hired Couch Potatoes expecting a smooth and professional experience. Instead, they forgot to load my bike into the truck, a glaring oversight that resulted in it being stolen after the move. A bike that was left behind entirely due to their mistake. I provided clear documentation and even offered specifics to help them replace the bike exactly, as was directed by them. But instead of a prompt resolution, I received sporadic, excuse-filled messages mostly about the owner Scott having health issues. While I sympathize with personal challenges, that doesn’t excuse a company from following through on basic responsibility. Weeks later, I still have no bike, no reimbursement, and no accountability. This should have been an easy fix. Moving companies are supposed to carry insurance for these situations. Instead, I was met with delays, radio silence, and a complete lack of professionalism.
