Chicago Pack & Move was amazing! They went above and beyond helping my sister and I move out of our apartment. They communicated before during and after service with prompt efficiency and packed our truck perfectly for our long-haul move. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Movers arrived without any equipment (no furniture padding, dolly, etc) despite me communicating to Johnathan that I had several heavy pieces of furniture. My previous experience with movers - they’ve all brought their own equipment. One of the movers was inexperienced and painfully careless with my items. My beautiful furniture (which has survived multiple moves at this point with barely any wear and tear) was all scratched, splintered and bent at the end of this move. Would NOT recommend

I would not use these Movers again. Jonathan the owner is not a straightforward individual. The move was sloppy and even dangerous because of the inexperience and unprofessionalism of the movers. They were perfectly nice people, but they didn’t know how to do their job. I suffered because I did the moving right along with them as a guy called off at the last minute. They were 40 minutes late and stoned when they arrived.

Let’s just say buyer beware. Hired four guys, 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, one guy calls off, instead of arriving at the agreed upon 7 AM time they came 40 mins late. All movers wreaked of weed. The movie started slow. The truck didn’t get packed properly and they did not fit all my stuff into the truck. They were inexperienced movers who acted inprofessional, dragging my clothes on the ground. It was a day like that.
