I booked them to pack my furniture into a moving truck. When I arrived to my destination my brand new furniture was terribly scratched. It still had the tags on them and now they’re damaged. One of the legs on my dresser was completely snapped off. Those are all material things that can be replaced but I worked hard and paid cash for my furniture. The icing on the cake was my young child told them hello and they gave him a nasty look. Very unprofessional , and disrespectful.
