I used Cuppy's Moving Services. First of all I really appreciated the U-Haul customer service rep I worked with to pick a moving company. She was very knowledgeable I and I felt like she was really trying to get the best fit for my needs. Cy and Sebi showed up a little before the scheduled time, took the tour with me through the house to identify what had to go, and didn't waste any time getting it done. At one point the damaged a bedframe getting it apart and were quick to let me know. I feel like they would have made amends if that's what I wanted. In this case the fixture was old and disagreeable and the damage didn't affect its function. They followed me to the destination. It was one of those moves where you had to load a freight elevator full and then quickly stage it at the top - and then move it all again to the townhouse unit. They worked tirelessly for over 3 hours. They took direction well. I would readily hire them again. All this and they were both deaf.
