Kobe and Douglas were awesome. U-Haul didn’t have our truck ready at the promised location and we had to delay our move but Kobe and Douglas adjusted as needed and were a delight to work with during our move. Nothing was broken and they were very kind throughout. If we move again will definitely call them to assist!
