Do not use this company. I was a repeat customer but this experience was terrible. Employees lifted boxes said they were heavy and put them back down and didn’t want to carry them upstairs. . The employees seemed unable to figure out how to pack truck. At one point I texted Nora woman in charge and then supervisor came to me and said he was leaving, this is 3 hrs in. There was no leadership and many times the team was in U-Haul truck playing around. Lots of goofing around. This should not have taken all day and two trips. I think they took their time to charge more and pretended to not know how to pack truck. They do this everyday. I filed a complaint with BBB as I want my money back. But buyer run as fast as you can to another company so you don’t get ripped off. You truly feel violated as you invited them into your home to move your belongings and then when there is a problem they threaten to quit mid job. Got to be better options with less stress.
