This was horrible. Boxes labeled fragile were on the bottom and heavy things placed on top - so things broke. All our wood furniture was scratched, and one bookshelf was shattered into pieces and cannot be fixed. All the furniture pads I bought from U Haul were left at the bottom of the truck - unused and still folded from when we picked up the truck. Some of these pieces are cherished and inherited from dead family members or very expensive. I also lost several dishes which were shattered when fragile boxes - clearly labeled - were placed on the bottom underneath pieces of furniture. I want a refund.
