The crew was very nice. They also brought a third person even though I was paying for two people. They unloaded things up 3 flights of stairs within an hour. I would definitely hire them again.

Michael was great in messaging me earlier in the week to get the details of my move. The movers he sent, Nate and Cay, were on-time and did a fantastic job in packing our rented u-haul efficiently and quickly. They were careful with every piece of furniture and all we had to do was tell them where everything went! Highly recommend the guys from Smooth Handlers Moving for your next move! Unfortunately, I would not recommend these movers. They arrived an hour late. When they did get here, one was not physically fit enough to do the job. This individual even complained that they are not very strong and was not sure how much they could help. My husband and I, both of which are over 50 ended up doing over 50 percent of the work. My husband ended up, having to carry up the loveseat, couch, and two dressers. The whole reason we hired movers was to help with the heavy lifting. After 15 minutes of work they were already taking a break. It was very disappointing to pay money for two hours of work expecting people to be able to move your stuff into an apartment as promised and then have to do the work mostly yourself. We went with this group because of the previous reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend.

Eddie,Ethan, and Chris were professional and hard working. Fabulous crew completed a third floor move with stairs with heat index of near 100. Couldn’t have done it without them! Highly recommend. Job was completed quickly and communication was awesome!

Goodness! There aren't enough characters. My partner and I were in a terrible accident and had to reschedule. Smooth Handlers were helpful, empathetic, communicative, and when they arrived ON TIME, they were joyful, personable, and informative. This was AFTER they spent a full day doing other moves. They are expert real life Tetris players, they shrink wrapped nearly everything. I am impressed, but also grateful. It was like having professional movers as friends that came to help. They even threw away some things we were disposing of. Incredible. Reserve with them if they have availability. If I am ever in Bloomington again and need to move, I will definitely be reaching out to Smooth Handlers. MAKE SURE YOU TIP THEM AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. They are INDEED...Smooth. THANKS Y'ALL!!
