This is the second time I used this company for their services both times I had to wait over 3 hours for workers to show up. I hired you guys in February 24 and July 06,24 which was a totaled mess. Pieces of my furniture broken but I’m not tripping on that it’s an easy fix.Not to mention the guys had to take several breaks and on top of that I had to help the movers. I should have received a discounted rate. My move was supposed to start at 9am but unfortunately my move didn’t start until after 1 which I had to miss work. The first time the guys was wonderful paid for three hours the guys was done in two hours didn’t even get a refund for my one  hour they didn’t use. Today could have been done in two but with all the breaks and having to help the guys. It was just a bad experience overall. I reached out to the boss via email and text and of course no response I will hire this company again.

Truly the WORST moving experience i’ve ever had, and i’ve moved A LOT. There was nearly no communication. I had to text and call to get responses about when they’d arrive. They were 3 hours late to the time THEY asked for (and didn’t even mention they were gonna be late so I waited around all morning for them). They were just about the laziest two men i’ve ever seen. they would take up two or three light small boxes at a time. After half an hour of this I had to tell them to pick it up and start focusing on the heavier furniture and boxes. They still managed to relax and go on their phones after each round of boxes. After two hours they still had a quarter of my stuff left and I told them to leave. I’ve never needed more than 2 hours of work to unload with two people so this was outrageous. WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!!!! you will regret it, i certainly do.
