Poor work ethic, initiative, time management of move requiring 2 additional adults from the home to assist in order to complete the packing in the 4 hours allotted. Multiple items were damaged due to stuffing items into the truck as we neared the 4th hour. Poor utilization of the height of the truck, requiring additional rental and additional trip to finish our move. Very disappointed in the work provided.
