The two gentlemen that came to do our move were fantastic. They were very professional and did a great job. The customer service or office assistant was completely horrible. She called me informing me that if they weren’t done in 15 minutes they would be late for their next job so they had to be done as they had ‘well exceeded their 3 hour commitment’. There was never a timeframe communicated with me as to how long they were to be there from the beginning. Then when she called back she informed me they were adding an extra hour charge (even though they were done within the 15 minutes she called and told me they had to be done.) i explained i would not be paying the additional hour as they were completed. She then was extremely rude, would not let me talk, said it was only a 2 hour limit (even though previous call said 3 hours multiple times). Would not let me speak with her supervisor. Kept interrupting me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The movers were great, but the scheduling, and customer service was awful. Our time was for 4. So we got the uhaul for that. Then they moved it to 6pm.then they moved it to 7. Then they moved it to 8. The store was going to close within 30 minutes. Then the customer service was rude. I appreciate the people who moved our stuff. They were quick and hardworking. The company was horrible though. Unprofessional.

We just finished moving our household and couldn't have done it without Eden Movers. The two gentlemen assigned informed us of their arrival, and their service was excellent. They packed and moved a garage filled with years of belongings and then unloaded the truck within two hours! We would highly recommend them.

Gabriel was a blessing. He came all the way to Lafayette, IN to unload my (1) bedroom suite and carry it up (3) flights of stairs in the early evening when no one else was available. Thank you sir!! Great leadership and I highly recommend this company.

The movers were almost an hour late. They damaged and dinged up my daughter's desk and kitchen table - neither can be fixed. They had no idea how to pack up a truck. After my husband started driving the UHaul, he could hear crashes in the truck and had to pull over and completely re-pack the truck. They had packed heavy boxes and a mirror on top of a box labeled FRAGILE. This box contained special wine glasses and a family heirloom dated back to the 1800s. They are lucky none of that broke otherwise you'd have a real problem on your hands.
