They were so awesome. It rained heavily during the unloading process, I was worried if we would be able to get much done, but they were super helpful and we finished faster than I expected.

For some odd reason, the movers only moved small items for two hours. I had to add another hour that I had to pay through Venmo because of the number of items I have. I only hired them to move large items so I was confused as to why they focused on very, very small items. It got to be 45 mins left of my time with them and I asked them to move the large furniture. Overall, the guys were nice, but they did not do a very good job. They were an hour and a half late, which I was fine with but it got hotter later in the day and so they had to take several breaks, rearranged small items again and again. I would not recommend them. Their rate was cheap and I planned on paying double that amount for a tip, but I ended up giving them $40 through Venmo instead because of the slow and lazy work.

U-Haul says you should get a confirmation call or text from the people you hire within 48hrs of hiring. I never got a call and had to call myself to confirm. Once I was able to get on the phone with Shane, we confirmed everything and confirmed times. On day of two people were dropped off to help. They showed up over an hour after our scheduled time. One younger and one older. They introduced themselves and we walked through what we needed. Older man immediately got to work and was truly a blessing. He helped tremendously. Younger guy worked for about an hour and then would not get off the phone. He then started vaping over our furniture and in our smoke free apartment building. We ended up having to pay for an extra hour because of how little the younger guy was doing. They then said we could pay them directly, but Shane then called me to tell me I had to ask for the cash back and pay him directly over Venmo. Truly day of was a mess. They pushed out schedule back two hours.

Guys were fantastic. Quick communication from Shane after I submitted the job request, then a follow up 24 hours before to confirm time, and get any details about the unloading. Trailer delivered the next day, but was delayed, and I messaged him to ask if we could push back start time. No issues accommodating us. Trailer delivers, they (Shane and Dre)came and worked non-stop through intermittent bouts of rain until the job was completed. They were very careful with our belongings both in unloading and in maneuvering around the house. Definitely recommend these guys. We will be using them when we move out.

The movers did arrive over an hour later than expected, but service was excellent. The moving truck was packed very well and they handled all our belongings with care. The movers themselves were very courteous as well.

Communication was rough to start off. The move went okay and they two guys were polite and worked hard. Overall I am happy it’s done and it was really nice to have some help. I’d call them back out again if I needed it.
