Great communication at first. Appt 10 am, then told 10-1030. After 11, I had to call the # of who I think was boss or supervisor. (Not sure) No answer a couple of times and couldn't leave msg. Then I get a txt they are almost there. 30 more min I have to call again. No answer but get a txt from a different #. They tell me construction, 25 more mins. Wait even longer than that and have to call again. Now they say they need gas and have construction again. Yes there is construction around but nothing to hold them up, especially the route they were taking. Finally arrive, they work fast do a pretty good job except seemed strange that ALL of the heavy furniture was put on last. By the end they were starting to get sloppy and trying to cut corners and rush because they were an hour late for next job. 2.5 hrs late to mine. Did help load something not originally planned, was a lifesaver. Didn't do it very carefully though. I hope the item wasn't damaged, not sure yet. Did tip them well tough

Andre and Logan were amazing. It took less than 2 hours because they were hustling. They are big, strong, kind, and courteous. They packed everything so it didn't shift while I drove 3.5 hours to my destination. What a blessing!

The supervisor communicated well and the workers personalities were nice but they did damage my couch and wall while moving my belongings out of the house. I was charged an extra $120 for going over but no one paid for my damaged wall and sofa.
