I have been using Moving Help for about 5 years and this is by far the worst experience. 40 minutes into the move Will yelled out I can't do this shit anymore and then told me that they would load my uhaul but they were not going to unload. They said all of their customers today ran over their time and had complicated moves. They finished everyone before me and were also late because of this(but I was understanding) but refused to finish my job. I even offered to pay for the extra time and they said no because they already planned the rest of their day. I did not get my entire 2 hours that I paid for. I am extremely pissed and Uhaul cannot issue me any refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND PROBABLY NEVER USE MOVING HELP BECAUSE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY CANNOT HELP.

Moved from SC To KS. These guys was awesome, they was on top of everything. Starting off with Communication they reached out to me after I had booked them. We communicated back & forth up into they had arrived. On time & they was ready to go to work. I moved out a 4 bedroom house with an office. I have a injurie & I can’t do anything & we moved to a 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. Today is extremely hot & they Hustled. I Highly recommend these guys very nice, professional & very Respectful. I’m moving again in a year to a new house & these guys are my guys, I don’t want anyone else but them when I move out. Again I highly recommend them

These guys are the best. My previously booked movers canceled at the last minute and they were able to squeeze me in with less than 24 hr notice. They were fast professional and polite. Had things packed in half the time expected. Totally recommend them

Will and Austin of XP Moving were a pleasure to work with. This is the third time we have used XP and every time was a positive experience. Today they loaded a 26 ft storage unit in independence MO and unloaded the 26 ft U-Haul truck at our new home in Oak Grove MO. Will and Austin were friendly, professional, and very efficient workers. The entire process completed an hour and a half ahead of schedule. Highly recommend XP Moving and will definitely use them again as the need arises.
