Texted me only an hour before they were supposed to show up saying they weren’t able to come help until 5 hours after the scheduled time. Then after I got the truck loaded myself I told them to just meet me at the unload location to at least help with that since they were no help loading. Once we came to that agreement the owner Tyler said he would adjust the hours after the move was completed so I wouldn’t have to pay for the loading hours, that never happened. I gave him 48 hours to fix the issue and he has never responded to my texts about it. The guys themselves were great and very nice to me and my family but the owner Tyler didn’t honor his word like he said he would.

They were awesome! Showed up on time and loaded my one bedroom apartment in one hour. They were careful with my stuff and arranged it well in the truck. Would definitely recommend!

I wanted to give a better review but due to a lack of response on our damaged items I am now here. They arrived late, smelled of marijuana, and one guy blatantly said he didn’t do heavy lifting. Mind you, in my hire notes I said this hire was for our big, bulky, heavy items. We offered a dolly, they didn’t use it for the majority of things, which would be fine, but when you’re dropping, scratching, dinging things up, use the dolly. Our dryer was dropped on our cement steps on the front of our house. The back is now falling off and the knobs to adjust the temperature are broken off and it no longer functions. The guys were nice and it was hot so we tipped and went on our way. But, overall, it was not the greatest move experience I have had.
