To be honest, the truck wasn’t packed the greatest. I’ve moved several times and hired movers off of uhaul and this wasn’t the best. Fragile boxes were smooshed when they got to the final destination - some furniture broken or not handled carefully. I hired for 2 hours of service for help loading a 1 bedroom apartment on the third floor into the moving truck with second floor access, so only one flight of stairs. It took them three hours to do so, and I had to pay for the extra hour!! For reference, when I moved in November, I hired a different company and they moved me from a third floor apartment to another third floor apartment in 2.5 hours in the rain. That means they took stuff down 3 flights of stairs, loaded the truck, then unloaded everything up one flight of stairs in less time than it took these guys to just load the truck. I don’t think I should have to pay for the extra hour, but I did because I had no choice. The guys who came were super nice and personable, though.

We opted for help unloading our UHaul at the last minute and Reliable Movers sent us two helpers within a couple hours. They were so helpful and flexible that they allowed us to push back the time when we were delayed and change where we wanted things with a smile. Hiring them was a great experience, reducing our stress and sore backs. They lifted heavy couches through doorways that seemed impossible. We can't thank them enough!

Moved from Ky to Fl. Last minute booking when our full service movers were a no show. Showed up on time packed our stuff in the truck very efficiently. only had 1 issue with items rubbing on our refrigerator but other than that everything made it without breaking. Great job!
