The absolute worst experience of my life!! They broke my picture my chest of drawers legs and also my dresser then accused me of fraud when I spoke up about it. I was asked to cash app them several times instead of paying directly through U-Haul. The guy Paul was the absolute worst. He wanted to argue with me about my items. Luckily, I have a witness, and I will be seeking legal advice. They tricked me into paying them saying that I would receive a discount but I had to take care of the payment to do so. Then after I paid Paul started an argument with me about my damaged items said he was leaving since they’re breaking up all my items and left everything on the ground and didn’t complete my move knowing it was just me and I didn’t have any help.I wish I could post pics here . They took 5 hrs on a one bed room apt. And still didn’t complete my job. Took smoke breaks and smelled of alcohol. This was absolute HELL!
