Was disappointed with the Service, Booked for 3 hours, they used about 2. The U-Haul was unloaded but most of the boxes were just left in the living room. The furniture I wanted in the basement was left in Living room, they said it wouldn't fit and the TV Stand was not brought inside the house. My father (65+) and myself (who has had 2 back surgeries) had to get it into the house ourselves. With the remaining hour I had said that I would like to take the door off of the basement and feet off the furniture and see if we could get them in the basement then but was left with stares and shortly after they said well if that's all you need then we just need your code. If didn't fit, fine but wanted to try. Form I filled out asked if we needed help assembling anything and I did check that I would like that but didn't bother asking after being left with only stares on the basement. There was one member on the crew that was willing to go the extra mile but unfortunately he wasn't the boss.

Movers should call the customer as soon as they arrive. They were apparently standing next to the Uhaul which I had to park in a visitor lot since I moved the night prior. I didn't want to move the Uhaul to the front of my building until they arrived. I was unaware they were there until I reached out to the company via text. They responded immediately and helped so I did appreciate that.

Jake, Tyler & LZ were amazing. These three young men worked non stop and were super efficient. They arrived on time, they were courteous and professional. Our job went over on time and they were happy to stay and make sure we were taken care of. I really can’t recommend them enough. WV Jeannine
