Big E moving

Ernest was very unprofessional and lacked communication skills. My moved took longer and he demanded cash, zele, etc as opposed to me contacting moving help to add it to my original method of payment. I had no problem with paying them but I was uncomfortable paying them directly. He also reeked of alcohol. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
