I scheduled Travale and paid for 4 hours upfront to help unload my 26 foot U-Haul. The Good; Travale showed up on time and ready to work he and his two member team worked very hard and took good care of my furniture to get my entire truck unloaded in two hours and 10 minutes. The Bad; After two hours and 10 minutes when the truck was completely unloaded, I was left with a garage full of boxes and could’ve used some more help. Travel told me he had to get to his next job and grab some lunch before hand. Apparently, his next job started at 1 PM but I paid for his services until 2 PM. He left with that excuse at 1210 PM, while there was still much work to be done unpacking and moving boxes in the house. I could’ve used the help even though my truck was already unloaded. I think it’s pretty unprofessional that he booked another job inside of my timeslot that I had paid for. Do not recommend Travale due to the lack of transparency in his business model.

A lot of emphasis was placed on making sure the furniture did not get damaged. One piece got dragged across concrete and sustained surface scratches and was loaded without blankets for protection. Other than that, everything went well.

They were so fast and efficient that they got done way before the time the estimator tool expected I would need. Very nice and professional. I would use Travale’s Moving again and recommend them to others.
