Although the movers and owner were very polite, it still took twice as long to load and unload the vehicle because the truck wasn’t loaded correctly. I was aware it would take two trips but three was excesses. For 10 hours, I still have to hook up my own washer and dryer, bedroom, and dining room table. Highly disappointed!
